AI Systems Consulting Ltd (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a company registered in England and Wales. We operate two regional services:

  • eyre.ai — serving customers in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, and Switzerland, with data hosted on European infrastructure
  • ca.eyre.ai — serving customers in Canada, operated by the Canadian division of AI Systems Consulting Ltd, with data hosted on Canadian infrastructure

This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and share information when you visit our websites and use our services. We are committed to protecting your personal data in compliance with:

Data Residency and Sovereignty

We maintain strict data residency controls to ensure your information remains within your jurisdiction:

European Users (eyre.ai): Your data is processed and stored exclusively within the European Economic Area on European-owned infrastructure. Your data is not transferred to, processed in, or accessible from jurisdictions outside the EEA/UK.

Canadian Users (ca.eyre.ai): Your data is processed and stored exclusively within Canada on Canadian infrastructure that is not subject to foreign jurisdiction. Your data does not cross Canadian borders and is protected solely by Canadian law.

We do not use cloud infrastructure providers that are subject to foreign government access laws. This ensures your data remains under the exclusive jurisdiction of your local data protection authorities.


Use of Google Workspace APIs

We want to clarify that we do not use Google Workspace APIs to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning (ML) models. Any data accessed through these APIs is solely for the purpose of providing our services and is not utilized for AI or ML model training or development.


Information We Collect

We may collect personal data, including your name, email address, IP address, and other information when you visit our websites, fill out forms, or interact with our services.

Google User Data

eyre.ai and ca.eyre.ai may access the following types of data from your Google account:

  • Profile Information: Name, email address, and profile picture
  • Calendar Data: Events and details from your Google Calendar
  • Contacts: Access to your Google Contacts for seamless integration


How We Use Your Data

We use the collected data for the following purposes:

  • Personalisation: To customise your experience within the application
  • Functionality: To provide features such as event reminders and scheduling
  • User Support: To assist you in case you encounter any issues
  • Service Improvement: To analyse usage patterns and improve our services (using anonymised data only)


Data Storage

We store your data securely using industry-standard encryption methods, including end-to-end encryption for meeting content.

European Users: Data is stored in European data centres (Germany) operated by European-owned providers.

Canadian Users: Data is stored in Canadian data centres located in Quebec, operated by providers not subject to foreign jurisdiction.


Your data is retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this policy, after which it will be deleted or anonymised in accordance with applicable laws.


Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may share your information with third parties only in the following circumstances:

  • Service Providers: Third-party vendors that assist us in providing our services (e.g., cloud storage, payment processing). All service providers are contractually bound to maintain confidentiality and are selected to ensure they operate within the same jurisdiction as your data.
  • Legal Compliance: If required by law, we may disclose your data to comply with legal obligations from authorities within your jurisdiction only.

Important: We do not share data with, or use service providers subject to, foreign government access laws. European user data is only shared with European service providers. Canadian user data is only shared with Canadian or European service providers not subject to foreign jurisdiction.


Data Anonymisation

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal data collected through our applications may be anonymised and aggregated, ensuring that individual user identities cannot be identified. This anonymised data may be used for analysis and improvement of our services, but it will never be used to develop, improve, or train generalised AI and/or machine learning models.
