1. What is Eyre?
Eyre is a secure, AI-powered meeting platform designed for teams who care about privacy, compliance, and knowledge retention. It captures, summarizes, and organizes your meetings — without compromising your data.
2. How is Eyre different from Zoom or Google Meet?
Unlike mainstream platforms, eyre.ai is built around compliance-first design, private AI processing, and European data protection standards. We don’t just facilitate meetings — we turn them into structured, searchable knowledge.
3. Who is Eyre for?
We’re ideal for privacy-conscious professionals and teams in regulated industries (like finance, health, legal, public sector) or those simply fed up with handing meeting data to Big Tech. If privacy, traceability, and control matter to you — we’re a fit.
4. What AI features are included?
Eyre provides AI-generated meeting agendas, summaries, action items, and searchable archives. Future features will include multilingual transcription, Q&A across meeting history, and customisable compliance reports.
5. Where is my data stored?
All data is securely hosted in Europe, with full GDPR compliance. No data is sent to third-party AI services for training or storage. You remain in control at all times.
6. Can I use Eyre with my existing tools?
We’re working on integrations with major calendar systems, CRMs, and productivity tools. For now, users can export summaries and recordings for easy sharing. Currently, you can integrate meetings with Google Calendar and log in with your Google account.
7. Is Eyre only for video calls?
Not at all. eyre.ai works for voice-only meetings too. In fact, we’re expanding to support offline audio uploads so you can capture insights from interviews, webinars, or field recordings.
8. Will it work outside Europe?
Yes! While we’re optimised for European compliance, eyre.ai is available globally and perfect for any privacy-aware team. Our features are especially helpful for companies needing GDPR or ISO 27001 alignment.
9. Do you offer team plans or pilots?
Yes. We’re currently onboarding teams who wish to switch from Zoom and offering early access pilots. Just reach out and we’ll help find the right setup for you.
10. What’s coming next?
We’re building a compliance-grade offline meeting copilot, adding rule-based knowledge retention, and extending support for the upcoming EU AI Act. Our roadmap focuses on making meetings not just safe — but useful long after they end.
