# Creating Your Account

This article walks you through setting up your eyre.ai account, from signing up to hosting your first meeting.

## Before you start

You'll need a valid email address and a supported browser (see **Supported Browsers and Devices**). Account creation takes a couple of minutes.

## Step 1: Sign up

Go to eyre.ai and select Sign Up.
 Enter your name, work email, and a password.
 Select **Create Account**.

Use a work email if you're setting this up for an organization — it makes it easier to add teammates and manage access later.

## Step 2: Verify your email

We'll send a verification code to the email address you signed up with.

Open the email and select the code to confirm your account. If it doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder.

## Step 3: Set up your profile

Once verified, add your display name and, optionally, a profile photo. This is what other participants see when you join or host a meeting.

## Step 4: You're ready

From your dashboard you can now create an instant meeting, schedule one for later, or explore your settings.

### Do participants need an account?

No. People you invite can join meetings through a link without creating an account. An account is only needed to host, schedule, and manage meetings and recordings.
